Once you’ve placed your order with us, our ghoulish team gets to work preparing your spooky treasures. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before they begin their journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Methods

We offer two terrifyingly good shipping options to deliver your Halloween delights:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

Your order will be delivered via DHL or FedEx and typically arrives within 10-15 days after shipping.

Free Shipping

For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 days after shipping.

Please note that we ship globally, with the exception of some remote areas and parts of Asia where our spectral delivery services cannot reach.

If your haunted goods haven’t lived up to their terrifying potential, we’re here to help set things right.

Our Ghoulish Guarantee

We stand by our products like a vampire guards its coffin. If you’re not completely thrilled with your purchase, you have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. The only thing that should be scary about our products is their appearance, not their quality!

The Return Ritual: Step-by-Step

Step 1: Summon Our Spectral Support

Contact our ghostly customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once approved, carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories and tags. Include a copy of your return authorization email. Seal the box securely – we wouldn’t want any spirits escaping during transit!

Step 3: Send It Back to Our Crypt

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Resurrection

Once we receive and inspect your returned items (a process that takes 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund faster than a ghost disappears through a wall:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense

Exchange Enchantments

Prefer a different terrifying treasure? Exchanges are welcome for items of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a more expensive item, you’ll pay the difference. For less expensive exchanges, we’ll refund the difference.

Items That Cannot Return from the Dead

Some of our most mystical items cannot be returned once they’ve left our haunted warehouse:

  • CANDLES – For safety and hygiene reasons, once these have been lit or show signs of use
  • BLOOD products (liquid or gel-based) – Due to their nature and potential contamination risks
  • Opened BUGS & BATS & CATS collections – Once the packaging is opened, these creatures cannot be contained again
  • CUSTOMIZED or PERSONALIZED items created specifically for your haunted needs
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage after delivery, or are not in original condition

International Returns (Beyond Our Haunted Realm)

Since we ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia), international returns follow the same process but may take longer for transit. Additional customs fees or taxes for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
