While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, slight variations may occur. Colors may differ slightly due to monitor settings.

3. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase our products. Order confirmation doesn’t guarantee availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivery within 10-15 days after shipping
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivery within 15-25 days after shipping

Shipping Areas

We ship globally except for some remote areas and parts of Asia where our spectral delivery services cannot reach.

Delivery Issues

Track your package using provided tracking numbers. Report non-delivery within 30 days of expected delivery date.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

Our Ghoulish Guarantee allows returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

• In original condition with all packaging and tags
• Unused and undamaged
• Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:

• CANDLES – Once lit or showing signs of use
• BLOOD products (liquid or gel-based)
• Opened BUGS & BATS & CATS collections
• CUSTOMIZED or PERSONALIZED items
• Items showing wear, damage, or not in original condition

Return Process

• Order number and delivery date
• Items to return/exchange
• Reason and preferred resolution
• Photos if applicable

Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless due to our error or defective products.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing.
